Payment must be made in full and cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with PayPal, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in any way that I can.
I will send your item within 3 working days after I receive your payment. All the parcels sent by Royal mail signed for with tracking numbers.
- Shipping within the UK normally takes 3-4 working days.  - Packages shipped to Europe normally take 7-10 working days.  - Shipping to the USA has been experiencing some delays due to American customs legislation. Packages normally take around 2 weeks to arrive, however, some have been delayed as long as 10 weeks. This does not happen often, but it can happen.  - Shipping to the rest of the world takes approximately 1-2 weeks, although customs can occasionally delay packages further.
I send the item to the address provided on the Bigcartel order email.
* Item ship to overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks.
